Western Michigan University's Career and Student Employment Services welcomes you to participate in our 37th annual Career Fair, on Thursday, February 12, 2015. The fair will run from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Bernhard Center on the WMU main campus.
The Career Fair will be held in two ballrooms. The first 145 employers who register will be meeting with students in the East Ballroom, and the next 34 companies will be meeting students in the West Ballroom. Students will be notified that employers are in two ballrooms, and ample signage will be provided.
*Shuttles from parking lots #10 and #102: 8 to 10 a.m.
*Arrive and unload materials: 8 to 9 a.m.
*Continental breakfast in the Faculty Lounge: 8:30 to 10 a.m.
*Students begin circulating: 10 a.m.
*Lunch served (fair continues): 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
*Fair concludes: 3 p.m.
*Shuttles to parking lots #10 and #102: 3 to 4 p.m.
*Two recruiters (Each additional recruiter: $25)
*One display table (Each additional table: $50)
*Parking and shuttle service
*Hot buffet luncheon and employer networking
*Inclusion in all publicity materials
Early registration rate of $550 applies through January 9 at 5 p.m. Late registration fee of $50 will be added on January 9 starting at 5:01 p.m.
Organizations which register by January 9 will be included in the publicity materials distributed before the Career Fair.

Employer registration will continue until capacity is reached or February 4, whichever comes first.
CANCELLATIONS: Employers needing to cancel their registration must notify Career and Student Employment Services on or before January 23, 2015 for a full refund.

Next Day Interviewing Event
Optional on-campus interviews will be held on Friday, February 13, 2015 in the West Ballroom, Bernhard Center.
The cost is $100 per table (including up to 2 recruiters).
Also included: breakfast and lunch for up to 2 recruiters, parking, and a greeter. Career and Student Employment Services will provide a schedule to be completed by recruiters during The Career Fair on Thursday.
