The 48th ANNUAL AUC CONSORTIUM CAREER FAIR, scheduled for FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 26, 2014 offers excellent opportunities to recruit outstanding diversity talent enrolled in the largest consortium of historically Black institutions in the world.

The Annual AUCC Career Fair is open to ONLY currently enrolled students and alumni from AUC Consortium schools (Clark Atlanta University, Morehouse College andSpelman College).

AUCC Career Fair (Friday, September 26, 2014)
1:00 PM until 6:00 PM

EXHIBIT CHECK-IN AND SETUP:
Automobile Display Set-up: 8:30am - 10:30am
Exhibitor Check-In and Booth Set-up: 10:00am - 12:00 noon
Lunch served: 12:00 noon - 1:00 pm

Registration includes a 10 ft. x 10 ft. booth with one 6 ft. draped table, two chairs, wastebasket, internet/WIFI, lunch and refreshments.

AUCC CAREER FAIR CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Although we hope that an exhibitor will not cancel, we realize that emergencies occur. In the event that an exhibitor elects to withdraw completely from the career fair, the following refund schedule will apply. Once you have been notified that your registration has been approved, our cancellation policy is in effect. The following cancellation policy applies:

60-90 days prior to event date: 100% refund less a $50 cancellation fee.
30-60 days prior to event date: 75% refund less a $50 cancellation fee.
0-30 days prior to event date: No refund. Refund forfeited.

All changes and cancellations must be in writing. All refunds will be processed after the career fair. No refunds will be issued on or after August 26, 2014. The exhibitor/corporation remains responsible for satisfying any outstanding balance. The AUC Consortium cannot "roll over" the registration to another event. Outstanding bills from this and previous events must be paid and may prevent participation/registration in future AUC Consortium events.

No Show
Exhibitors who do not check in at On-site Registration by 10:30 a.m. on the day of the event will be considered a "no show." We cannot "roll over" the registration to another event or refund the fee. No show registrants will forfeit the cost of registration.
