We are located in the suburbs of Detroit (adjacent to Ann Arbor). In American history, EMU was the first teachers' college West of the Allegheny Mountains. Last year approximately 800 candidates attended this event.

Full Description:
Online registration will be open starting December 16, 2013. Our fair date is April 9, 2014. Late registration begins March 24, 2014 which is an additional $100 fee.


This year's fair will be in a different location: EMU Bowen Field House located at 100 W. Circle Drive, Ypsilanti, MI 48197.

This event is an "open" fair meaning we do not pre-schedule interviews for employers.

Please select one of the "packages" and then add "ala cart" items as you wish such as electricity for your booth, advertising in the student packet, private interviewing space located next door in our Student Center building, etc. Registration fees are based upon your selections.

One Recruiter = $200.00
Two Recruiters = $250.00
Three Recruiters = $300.00
Four Recruiters = $375.00
Five Recruiters = $400.00
Six Recruiters = $425.00

The above packages include: table(s), chair(s), table sign, tablecloth, parking, continental breakfast, and lunch. Schools who send 3-6 recruiters will have a second table.

Additional Costs:
Electric = $75.00
Ad in Student Packet: $100.00
Semi-Private area in different building: $100.00


Districts that register on or after Monday, March 24, 2014 will be charged an additional $100 fee.

Districts who CANCEL BEFORE March 17, 2014 will be charged $125 and refunded the balance paid. Districts that CANCEL ON OR AFTER March 17, 2014 will be charged for all items ordered as we have various contract obligations to fulfill. Please register only if you know you will attend.

You are strongly encouraged to pay by credit card when you register in order to reserve a booth. Districts that register online but do not pay by credit card will be placed in a virtual holding space. You will be moved from this holding space when we receive your payment. In the meantime, any districts that register and pay by credit card will advance in front of you and secure a booth.

Employers are limited to 6 recruiters per district. Any staff, including support staff and spouses that arrive at the fair will be counted and charged in full.
