Western Michigan University's Career and Student Employment Services welcomes you to participate in our 36th annual Career Fair, on Thursday, February 13, 2014. The fair will run from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Bernhard Center on the WMU campus.
The Career Fair will be held in two ballrooms. The first 135 employers who register will be meeting with students in the East Ballroom, and the next 30 companies will be meeting students in the West Ballroom. Students will be notified that employers are in two ballrooms, and ample signage will be provided.

Shuttles from parking lots #10 and #102: 8 to 10 a.m.
Arrive and unload materials: 8 to 9 a.m.
Continental breakfast: 8:30 to 10 a.m.
Students begin circulating: 10 a.m.
Lunch served (fair continues): 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Fair concludes: 3 p.m.
Shuttles to parking lots #10 and #102: 3 to 4 p.m.

Optional on-campus interviews
The Career Fair 2014 registration (through January 10): $450 (for profit), $250 (nonprofit) includes:
*Two recruiters ($25 for each additional recruiter)
*One display table ($50 for each additional table)
*Parking and shuttle service
*Continental breakfast and buffet luncheon
*Inclusion in all publicity materials
For additional attendees, tables, or next-day interviewing, there will be additional charges.
We have eliminated the $50 late fee associated with registering an organization after January 10th! Organizations which will register by January 10 will be included in the publicity materials distributed before the Career Fair.
Employer registration will continue until capacity is reached or February 5, whichever comes first.

Employers needing to cancel their registration must notify Career and Student Employment Services on or before February 5, 2014 for a full refund.
