There will be a discounted price for start-ups and companies in the local Ithaca area. You will see this discount as a refund in your invoice.
Register before January 1st, 2012 to enter a lottery to have the opportunity to be assigned a more preferred table location.
Note: ECaFT will still be assigning the lottery winners the exact location in the fair (depending on electricity needs and other factors); however, ECaFT will assign from a group of tables voted as more preferred which can be viewed below:

*Extra table registration fee: $200
Each registration fee includes: a 6-foot table; continental breakfast, beverages, and lunch for 3 representatives. Maximum 3 representatives allowed per table. For more than 3 representatives, please purchase an additional table.
Historically it has been more convenient for representatives to use hotel shuttles to arrive on campus because Ithaca can be snowy in February and parking on campus is extremely limited.
Employers may purchase a $10 parking permit when they arrive on campus at one of the parking information booths located at campus entrances.
Employers can promote their organizations by posting a job through the career office.
