Overview:
Western Michigan University's Career and Student Employment Services welcomes you to participate in our 33rd Annual Career Fair, on Thursday, February 17, 2011. The fair will run from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM in the Bernhard Center on the WMU campus.

Thursday, February 17, 2011
8:00 - 10:00 am: Arrive and unload; continental breakfast open
10:00 am: Students and visitors begin circulating
11:30 am - 1:30 pm: Buffet Luncheon
3:00 pm: Fair Closing

Friday, February 18, 2011
Optional on-campus interviews

Career Fair 2011 registration ($400.00/$250.00 for Non-Profit) includes:

*Two recruiters ($25 for each additional recruiter)
*One display table ($50 for each additional table)
*Parking permit and shuttle service
*Continental breakfast
*Lunch and inclusion in all publicity materials

For additional attendees, tables, ads in the program booklet, or next-day interviewing, there will be additional charges.
Advanced registration will conclude on Friday, January 7, 2011. Employers that register after January 7th will not be included in The Career Fair Tabloid booklet or advanced publicity but will still be allowed to register until February 11th.

Our career fair will be held in the East and West Ballrooms in the Bernhard Center. Tables/booths will be allocated in the East Ballroom (larger of the two) on a first come - first serve basis, until it reaches capacity. Once the East Ballroom is filled, employers will be assigned to the West Ballroom. Notification of your location will be provided with your confirmation.

Employers needing to cancel their registration must notify Career and Student Employment Services on or before January 28, 2011 for a full refund. After that time, employers must contact Career and Student Employment Services in a written email documenting the need for cancellation.
