New Functionality and Tools to Connect with Your Constituents (5/12/08)
In effort to help you connect with both graduating seniors and underclassmen who may not be aware of what your office has to offer, we've created email templates in eRecruiting for you to specifically target students who have never logged in to your school's system. Couple this with a new "never logged in" administrative search feature, you now have the ability to reach out and connect with a wider audience of students. The Experience Green Initiative (4/22/08)
In partnership with Chevrolet, the Experience Green initiative will connect students and alumni with eco-friendly jobs, internships and opportunities at employers and organizations. It will also engage college students and young alumni with a community of like-minded peers who are concerned about the environment. Microsoft Partners with Experience to Launch Microsoft S2B (3/05/08)
Microsoft has partnered with Experience to launch a new community geared towards your technically-minded students: Microsoft Students to Business (S2B). The microsite, http://s2b.experience.com, enables Microsoft's community of 10,000 partner companies to easily post jobs or internships and quickly find Microsoft certified students and young professionals that match their IT workforce needs. University of Maryland Student to Visit Merrill Lynch
Starting September 24th, take advantage of several changes made to help you save time and better customize
your system and career services. You'll also notice a new University Resources Center - filled with tools,
materials and information that help you get your job done.
Anitta Palliparambil, a senior at the University of Maryland majoring in Finance, has been hand-selected
to travel to Merrill Lynch where she will interview the Director of Sales and Client Relationships,
Greg Gatesman, and other staffers at the firm. Anitta's passion for finance has led her to pursue
several internships in the field, including a position this summer at Morgan Stanley in
Washington DC. She is also a member of the Entrepreneurship Program and the Finance Fellows
Program at the University of Maryland.
