Experience Teams Up with LinkedIn®

Experience and LinkedIn are teaming up to provide career centers, college students and alumni with more tools to help launch careers.

We hear from our career center partners that alumni and mentoring connections are a critical part of the student career search process. We hope that putting these types of services directly into eRecruiting will make it more seamless and accessible to students.

Some of the enhanced services that we will be including in eRecruiting include:

• Students and graduates will gain important company insights through relevant alumni connections on LinkedIn when searching for jobs and internships on eRecruiting;

• Jobseekers using eRecruiting will be able to network with fellow students and alumni from their schools and stay updated on the latest discussions in their LinkedIn alumni groups;

• Counselors will be able to provide more comprehensive coaching and feedback to students and graduates. Using eRecruiting, advisors will be able to view each student’s LinkedIn profile along with job applications, event attendance and advising appointments, allowing a complete view of each student’s career search process;

• Career center administrators using eRecruiting will be able to identify prospective mentors and employers for relationship building by accessing their school’s alumni on LinkedIn.
