Overview:
The Spring Career Fair: Jobs, Internships, and Graduate Programs provides organizations the opportunity to meet XU students and alumni interested in full-time/part-time (degree required) jobs and internship positions as well as graduate programs.

Full Description:
The Xavier University Career Services Center invites you to join us for the Spring Career Fair: Jobs, Internships, and Graduate Programs on Tuesday, February 12, 2013 from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. in the Cintas Center.

Standard Registration Packages:

Corporate: $325
Government: $175
Graduate Schools: $100
Non-profit: $75

The standard package includes one 6-foot table with tablecloth, refreshments and recruiter nametags (send names to ridgej@xavier.edu).

Spring Career Fair Sponsor package ($650):
Sponsor package includes registration along with premium front table location, 1/4 page ad or logo in the Spring Career Fair Tabloid, and sponsorship recognition in campus marketing.

Optional Items:

Extra Attendee: $0 (For organizations bringing more than one recruiter)

Electrical/Powerstrip: $30

Internet Hook-up/Network: $0

1/2 Page Ad in Spring Career Fair Tabloid: $275
Must be submitted by 1/18/2013

1/4 Page Ad in Spring Career Fair Tabloid: $175
Must be submitted by 1/18/2013

Organizations may bring display boards as well as publications or other materials for distribution.

Registration:
To register, please click on the "Register Now" link and complete the online registration form. Registration by 1/18/2013 will ensure your information provided at the time of registration (including positions being recruited) will be included in the Career Fair tabloid. If space is available and continued registrations are accepted after 1/18/2013, organization information will be listed in the addendum (printed on a date closer to the fair).

Registrations will be accepted until February 4, 2013 or until space fills. Late registration will only be accepted if space is still available and a late fee will be charged. Submission of your registration does not guarantee a space at the fair. You will be notified via email of your acceptance.

Refund Policy:
In the event that you must cancel your fair registration, we will offer full refunds until January 22, 2013. Should you cancel a registration after this date, we will collect resumes on your behalf at the career fair and mail them to you after the event. Please contact us with any questions or concerns regarding this policy.

Job Postings:
Organizations attending the fair to recruit for position vacancies (full-time/part-time degree required or internships) are encouraged to post job descriptions in eRecruiting (XU's online job board) or on the Online Job Submission webpage. This allows the Career Services Center to advertise organization vacancies to students/alumni prior to the fair.

1. Registration for On Campus Interviewing is now available. Space is limited. Email Julie Ridge for more information.

2. Directions to Cintas Center/Parking/Campus Map
Parking passes will not be required.
