Spring Job Fair

Overview:
All UW students are encouraged to attend. Some may be seeking academically related internships, while others may be pursuing summer employment related to their field of study. Graduating students will be seeking full-time employment opportunities.

Full Description:
SCHEDULE:
The fair will be open to students from 10:00am until 3:00pm.
Employer set-up and continental breakfast will begin at 8:30am. Lunch will be provided at noon.

If interested in scheduling ON CAMPUS INTERVIEWS, please call 307-766-2398 or email tbrownin@uwyo.edu. Space is limited, so don't wait! Please note that registering for the job fair does not automatically register you for on-campus-interviews.

$175 Registration Fee includes one 6' table (with cloth), parking permit, and continental breakfast & lunch for two company representatives. Charges for additional items include: $75.00 per additional table and $20.00 per additional recruiter.

Registration Deadline: February 11, 2013 (or when space fills up)

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- For cancellations on or prior to the registration deadline, registration fee will be fully refunded.
- For cancellations after the registration deadline, registration fee will be refunded minus a $50.00 processing fee.
- No refunds will be issued for employers that cancel within 24 hours of the event.
- No refunds will be issued for employers who fail to cancel and are a no-show at the event.
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY:
-In case of road closures or stated weather travel advisories, refunds will be issued minus a $50 processing fee.
