PSU Fall Career and Internship Fair will be held on Tuesday, October 30, 2012 from 11:00am to 3:00 pm in the SMSU Ballroom--3rd floor.

Full Description:
Dear College Representative,

On Tuesday, October 30, 2012 PSU Advising and Career Services will host a fall term career and internship fair. We hope you will be able to join us for this exciting event.

We expect to have over 75 business, and government, organizations in attendance. The event is scheduled to begin at 11:00 a.m. and end at 3:00 p.m. We invite you to participate by staffing a display table and discussing your company, profession, industry, service, or organization with students on a drop-by basis.

This event will be widely publicized to PSU students and faculty. Our 2011 fall fair attracted approximately 900 students and alumni. Organizations are welcome to participate if they have immediate openings, winter/spring/summer internships, or are interested in attracting candidates expecting to graduate in the spring. The fees are $325.00 corporate rate, $225.00 government rate, and $125.00 non-profit rate.

We will provide each organization with a 3 x 6 foot table and two chairs. Stand up table displays are limited to 6 feet long and 2 feet deep. We are sorry, but due to space limitations, we are unable to accommodate displays larger than 6 feet long or 2 feet deep.

When registering, please let us know if you need an electrical outlet or internet access.

Lunch will be provided for up to 3 attendees. If you would like to have more than 3 attendees, additional lunches may be purchased when you register.

Parking at PSU is very limited and we are asking employers in the downtown area to walk or use public transportation.

Displays and promotional materials may delivered to or shipped to the Career Center in advance of the event. Ship materials to: PSU Advising and Career Services , 630 SW Mill St., Portland, OR 97201. All materials should arrive no later than Monday, October 29.
