Internship Fair for NIU undergrad & grad students. NIU Convo Center: 10:00-3:00. Breakfast-lunch-parking for registered recruiters. Basic regis. fee-$425/table. Special pkgs. available. Put your logo on our website w/a direct link to your website.

Full Description:
This Internship Fair is for employers seeking undergraduate and graduate students for an internship opportunity. The fair is open to all NIU students.

Credit Card Payments: We are now accepting MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express credit card payments for all career fairs.

Payment MUST be received before the fair or registration is not final.

$425 Registration Fee
Includes one 6 ft. table and two chairs, continental breakfast & lunch for two recruiters, & parking.

$200 Registration Fee for Non-Profit Organizations
Includes one 6 ft. table and two chairs, continental breakfast & lunch for two recruiters, & parking.

Add'l. Recruiters: $30 each
Electricity: $25
Internet Connection w/ Electrical Hook-up: $45
Huskie Football Add-On: $200

Employers bringing more than 4 recruiters must purchase a second table.

Late Registration Fee:
Any registration received two weeks prior to the date of fair will incur an Additional $50 charge.

Late Payment Fee:
Any registration not paid two weeks prior to the date of the fair will incur an Additional $50 charge.

Cancellation Fee:
Cancellations received less than two weeks prior to the fair will result in a $100 charge.

Special Packages include registration to more than one fair. NIU currently holds two full-time all-majors job fairs and two all-majors internship fairs during the year. Special recognition for your company is obtained by posting your logo on our website with a direct link to your website.

During the course of your registration, you will be asked to provide a list of the job titles (separated by commas) that you will be recruiting. (Position descriptions should be posted in the Huskies Get Hired! database at http://niu.experience.com/emp/sblogin).

Paragraph breaks or carriage returns are invalid in this field. The field looks small, but will hold all your text as long as it is in one paragraph. This field is used in the paper copy distributed to candidates the day of the job fair.
