Career Fair is a three-school event that includes students of all majors and academic years from Winona State University, Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, and Minnesota State College - Southeast Technical.
As a representative of your organization, you will want to provide information about your organization or graduate programs which typically include: entry level opportunities, internships, summer jobs, as well as explaining desired or necessary qualifications for entry into certain career fields or programs.
Depending upon the needs of your organization, some representatives may choose to accept resumes and recruit students for open positions. Employers who are seeking candidates for full time employment or an internship are invited to attend the optional second day (Interview Day), which is devoted exclusively to interviewing qualified students that you have met during the Career Fair. The cost to attend the fair is $125. There is no additional cost to participate in the Interview Day.
BOOTH PLACEMENT IS BASED ON FIRST-REGISTERED, FIRST SERVED BASIS.
CAREER FAIR--October 3
Exhibit Check-in & Set-Up: 9:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
Career Fair: 11:00a.m. - 3:30p.m. / McCown Gymnasium
One Box Lunch is included. (additional lunches are $10)
Career Fair registration fee entitles you to one booth, two chairs and one box lunch. (Additional lunches cost $10.00 each.)
Additional information will be sent to registrants closer to the fair date.
INTERVIEW DAY--OPTIONAL (For those who wish to conduct interviews)--October 4
Set-Up: 8:30 - 9:00 a.m. / Kryzsko Commons
Interview Time: 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. / Kryzsko Commons
Hospitality Room/Refreshments: 9:00 - 4:00 p.m.
Luncheon: Noon - 1:00 p.m.
If you have candidates to interview, the second day will provide you with one table, two chairs and one lunch.
