Overview:
The Career & Internship Expo is a dynamic networking event designed to connect Baldwin-Wallace College students and alumni with employers.

Full Description:
Attending the Career & Internship Expo allows you to:

- Promote your company or organization

- Inform B-W students and alumni about your full-time and/or internship opportunities

- Identify potential candidates for positions within your organization

- Pre-screen candidates for your on-campus interview date (see more details below)

To encourage student interest in your organization, we invite you to post available internships and job opportunities on the B-W Career Network (BWCN) prior to the Career & Internship Expo.

In addition, we invite you to host on-campus interviews, coordinated and scheduled by Career Services. To schedule your on-campus interview date, or for assistance posting positions to the BWCN, please contact Linda Kerbusch, On-Campus Recruiting Coordinator, at lkerbusc@bw.edu or 440.826.2465.

PLEASE NOTE: THE LOCATION FOR THE CAREER & INTERNSHIP EXPO HAS CHANGED TO THE LOU HIGGINS RECREATION CENTER. Employer check-in and set-up will begin at 4:00 PM. An optional, pre-paid dinner will be served at the east end of the Lou Higgins Recreation Center from 4:00-5:00 PM. The Expo will be open to students from 5:30 to 8:00 PM.

TO REGISTER:
-Log into Experience
-Access your "Linked Schools"
-Choose Baldwin-Wallace College
-Click on "Career & Internship Expo" under "Upcoming Career Fairs"
-Click on the orange "Register Now" button and follow the directions to register

OR

You may click the URL link provided in the e-mail invitation you received and click on the orange "Register Now" button and follow the directions to register.

Payment is due at the time of registration, unless requesting an invoice. If you request an invoice, the payment date will be specified. Early registration is advised since reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and space is limited.

You will receive confirmation of acceptance within 24-48 hours after completing your registration. Additional details regarding the Career & Internship Expo will be sent via e-mail in October.

EARLY-BIRD REGISTRATION:
Deadline - Friday, September 9, 2011
Sponsorship Package - $275 (includes dinner for two representatives)
Standard Package - $125
Small Business Package - $75
Non-Profit & Educational Institution Package - $25
Additional table (+ two representatives) - $25 per table

GENERAL REGISTRATION:
After Friday, September 9, 2011
Sponsorship Package - $300 (includes dinner for two representatives)
Standard Package- $150
Small Business Package - $100
Non-Profit & Educational Institution Package- $50
Additional table (+ two representatives) - $50 per table
Dinner Ticket - $15.00
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: FRIDAY OCTOBER 14, 2011. Registrations received after Friday, October 14, 2011 may incur a late fee.
