Overview:
The Career & Internship Expo is a dynamic networking event designed to connect Baldwin-Wallace College students and alumni with employers.

Full Description:
Attending the Career & Internship Expo allows you to:

- Promote your company or organization.
- Inform B-W students and alumni about your full-time and/or internship opportunities.
- Identify potential candidates for positions within your organization.

Employer check-in and set-up will begin at 4:00 PM. An optional, pre-paid, buffet dinner will be served in the Colony Room, the Baldwin-Wallace College on-campus dining room, from 4:00-5:00 PM. The Expo will be open to students from 5:30 to 8:00 PM.

-Access your Linked Schools
-Choose Baldwin-Wallace College
-Click on "Career & Internship Expo" under "UpComing Career Fairs"
-Click on the orange "Register Now" button and follow the directions to register.

Payment is due at the time of registration, unless requesting an invoice. If you request an invoice, the payment date will be specified. Early registration is advised since reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis and we have limited space available.

You will receive confirmation of acceptance within 24-48 hours after completing your registration. Additional details regarding the Career & Internship Expo will be sent electronically in October.

EARLY-BIRD REGISTRATION:
Monday, July 14 - Friday, September 3, 2010
Sponsorship Package - $275
Standard Registration Package - $125
Small Business Registration Package - $75
Non-Profit & Educational Institution Package - $25
Additional table (+ two representatives) - $25 per table

GENERAL REGISTRATION:
After Friday, September 3, 2010
Sponsorship Package - $300
Standard Registration Package- $150
Small Business Registration Package - $100
Non-Profit & Educational Institution Package- $50
Additional table (+ two representatives) - $50 per table

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: FRIDAY OCTOBER 16, 2010. Registrations received after Friday, October 16, 2010 may be charged a $100 late fee.

NOTE: Submission of a registration form DOES NOT guarantee acceptance to participate in the Career & Internship Expo. Career Services reserves the right to decline organizations who do not meet our recruiting guidelines.
